APPLICATION

EshaBase SA Alu 3mm is fully cold bonded to surface pre-coated with Esha SA Primer.  Application only at temperatures above 10°C. (The temperature of the substrate and membrane should be at least 10°C). in accordance with the Radmat specification.

Delivered 24 rolls per pallet.

APPLICATION

EshaBase SA Alu 4.2mm is fully cold bonded to surface pre-coated with Esha SA Primer. Application only at temperatures above 10°C. (The roll should also be 10°C) in accordance with guidelines given by Radmat Building Products Ltd.

EshaBase Alu is a torch applied aluminium cored vapour barrier for bituminous roofing-systems.

Suitable for all types of roof with a flat or sloped roof construction on new build or refurbishment.

Overlaps must be torched.

ProTherm PIR TORCH

DESCRIPTION
ProTherm PIR TORCH is a rigid Polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam insulation for use in bituminous roofing-systems on suitable surfaces.

ProTherm PIR TORCH is a rigid Polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam core faced with bitumen coated glass fibre tissue on one side and polypropylene fleece on the other. The PIR foam core is temperature tolerant and withstands the application of hot bitumen to the surface temperature of 240°C. For use with adhered or mechanically fastened warm roof waterproofing such as EshaUniversal, EshaFlex & EshaGum.

ProTherm PIR TORCH is compliant with BS 4841-4:2006, BBA No.16/5341.

APPLICATION
ProTherm PIR TORCH is bonded to the Radmat Vapour Layer or prepared existing surface with EshaStik PU Adhesive. When used with EshaVent or EshaFlex TK40 Base Layers the ProTherm PIR TORCH boards should be laid buff coloured facing side up.

When used with EshaFlex 370 Plain Base Layer or other torch applied Base Layer ProTherm PIR TORCH boards should be laid with the black facing side up. Individual ProTherm PIR TORCH boards should be laid with edges butted and in a break bond pattern laid at right angles to the edges of the roof or diagonally across the roof. When applying ProTherm PIR TORCH on existing bituminous or sanded substrate the surface must be prepared in accordance with the project specific guidelines provided by Radmat. All installation to be according to guidelines and specifications supplied by Radmat.

PQ-T1520 Double Sided Sealing Tape

DESCRIPTION
PQ-T1520 Double Sided Sealing Tape is double sided butyl rubber adhesive compound that provides an effective means of sealing and jointing EPDM membranes glass, steel, Plexiglas, polycarbonate, wood, aluminium, PVC and many other construction materials to PermaQuik PQ6100. Designed to connect flexibly sheets or panels not subjected to mechanical constraints, PQ-T1520 can be used for temporary fixing before a permanent mechanical junction.

Cold applied PQ-T1520 provides instantly and permanent adhesion with good shape stability and mechanical properties. Highly soft and flexible PQ-T1520 provides vapour and waterproof self-sealing combined with excellent heat stability.

PQ-T1520 provides no oil migration and is Solvent-free.

APPLICATION
PQ-T1520 Double Sided Sealing Tape must be applied to a clean, dry, smooth and dust-free surface. When applying to PermaQuik PQ6100 do not apply to the surface protection sheet.

For applications between -5 °C and 0 °C ensure that there is no condensation on the surface. If applying on a porous surfaces ensure the surface is sealed and stabile.

Apply PQ-T1520 Double Sided Sealing Tape on the prepared surface and firmly press the PQ-T1520 to the surface using a roller. Remove the white release liner and apply the second surface on the sealing tape before firmly pressing into the PQ-T1520.

EshaFlex SA Primer

DESCRIPTION

Esha SA Primer is a solvent based cold applied bituminous primer for use with Esha SA roofing felts and Esha Universal SA on metal, concrete, stone or timber (¹).

 (¹)Compatibility to substrate has to be tested.

APPLICATION

Esha SA Primer is ready for use, and should not be diluted or mixed with other products.

The substrate must be clean, dry and smooth.

Apply Esha SA Primer with brush or roller only during dry weather conditions, no moisture is allowed between primer and substrate.
