Winners – UK Roofing Award for The Mastic Asphalt/Hot Melt Category goes to Radmat Building Products and Prater Ltd for Fitzroy Place, Fitzrovia, London.

Designed by Architects Sheppard Robson and Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands for Sir Robert McAlpine, the project achieved a BREEAM 2014 ‘Excellent’ rating. 

Providing 235 select apartments in three residential blocks, along with two new office buildings and retail units, and set around a landscaped public garden, the project also includes the restoration of the original building’s Nassau Street façade.
