Flexible one component Silane-Terminated Polyether (STP) Liquid Applied Waterproofing Membrane for use in warm, cold, inverted and green roofs applications in flat roof, pitched roof, roof terrace, podium deck, balcony* and walkway* applications including protected zero fall specifications. Suitable for new and refurbishment roofing.
ReadySeal Overlay Systems utilises single component carrier reinforced ReadySeal with an appropriate primer to provide a method of extending the life of an existing bitumen, asphalt, PVC or EPDM single ply or metal roof system. ReadySeal Overlay System can also be used to overcoat some existing cold liquid applied waterproofing with an appropriate primer.
Suitable for refurbishment applications over a variety of existing waterproofing materials.

Applied ‘wet on wet’ between layers it doesn’t need to be left to cure between coats; providing a continuous monolithic material with the benefit of fast application. Structural concrete decks can be classified as either reinforced (cast in-situ), precast, pre-stressed or lightweight aerated.
Profiled metal deck can be made from steel or aluminium in a variety of thickness and profiles.
Timber decks can be manufactured from either plywood or Oriented Strand Board (OSB).
Composite decks typically comprise an insulation board core sandwiched between factory laminated steel or timber sheets.
