DESCRIPTION
Comp-B Self-adhesive Continuation Membrane is a self-adhesive butylene sealing membrane consisting of a butyl rubber adhesive compound specially designed and developed to be classified according to EN 13501-1: 2009.
Comp-B Self-Adhesive Continuation Membrane is protected by a reinforced aluminium film and is resistant to ageing and UV-rays. It is highly adhesive, even at low temperatures, to all common building materials. It has been designed for the construction field, in particular, for those building where high performances, in terms of reaction to fire, are needed.
Comp-B can be used in a parapet upstand detail as a Continuation Membrane to link primary waterproofing to secondary EPDM.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
• The sealing membrane must be applied to a clean, dry, smooth and dust-free surface.
• For applications between 0 °C – 5 °C, ensure that frost/condensation are absent on the surface.
• Use WebFast A2 Insulation Spray Adhesive to secure the lap joints.
• A roller is required to apply a uniform pressure to achieve maximum strength.
